We want you to love your Body Rocket System and we put a huge amount of effort and care into making sure they are designed and made in the best way possible. For this reason, we offer a 3 Year Limited Warranty.

If the case arises that our device has a manufacturing defect, we stand by our work. We’ll replace it. We exist to improve and push limits of performance, not stuck in the fine-print kind of operation. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or craft for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Body Rocket will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that contain such defects.

What this doesn’t mean however, is that we’ll replace anything and everything that comes in. If you abuse or misuse the kit, or its gone through obvious wear and tear, we won’t replace it. Let’s be honest with each other, but for the sake of transparency,  here are some examples where this warranty does NOT apply:

(i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and dents;
(ii) consumable parts, such as charging cables, tt and road bike mounts, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or craft;
(iii) damage caused by water, exposure to water or any similar circumstance;
(iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Body Rocket;
(v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Body Rocket;
(vi) damage to a product that has connected to power or data cables that are not supplied by Body Rocket.

Bottom line is… If your Body Rocket device was truly defective because of our doing, call us. We’ve got your back. And then some.
